Social Media Guidance & Brand Appeal
When Susan Paletz decided to pivot her career later in life from family law to mediation, she knew she’d need to be on social media but wasn’t quite sure how to go about it. So she sought out Your People LLC, asking for guidance and assistance in creating a presence on social media and using that presence to increase her new brand’s profile and reach.
Branded as Mediator To Go, Susan works closely with Your People to create monthly social media content and ongoing engagement, increasing her followers and likes, and building brand awareness. We recommended creating a Facebook page and enhancing her personal LinkedIn profile, with three-times-weekly content for both pages. Since she launched Mediator To Go, Susan has come to us for ongoing social media guidance as well as other brand appeal.
Along the way, we helped build the Mediator To Go website and assisted with the planning of the brand launch event in September of 2018. We arranged for a photographer, media coverage of this new brand, and coordinated the event itself, welcoming guests and building brand reach for Mediator To Go among referral partners and colleagues.
We build social media strategy for Mediator To Go, implement it, and assess it in the form of comprehensive quarterly reports. This brand is an excellent example of the power of social media to build reach when properly connected with other brand-building activities.
