Social Media Guidance & Brand Building
When Susan Paletz decided to pivot her career later in life from family law to mediation, she knew she’d need to be on social media but wasn’t quite sure how to go about it. So she sought out Your People LLC, asking for guidance and assistance in creating a presence on social media and using that presence to increase her new brand’s profile and reach.
Branded as Mediator To Go, Susan worked closely with Your People to create monthly social media content and engagement, increasing her followers and likes, and building brand awareness. We recommended creating a Facebook page and enhancing her personal LinkedIn profile, with three-times-weekly content for both platforms. After launching Mediator To Go, Susan came to us for ongoing social media guidance as well as other brand building.
We helped build the Mediator To Go website and planned a brand launch event in September of 2018. We arranged for a photographer, secured media coverage of this new brand, and coordinated the event itself, welcoming guests and building brand reach for Mediator To Go among referral partners and colleagues.

We built a social media strategy for Mediator To Go, implemented it, and assessed it in the form of comprehensive quarterly reports. This brand is an excellent example of the power of social media to build reach when properly connected with other brand-building activities. Consistent, frequent, thoughtful content established Susan Paletz as a thought leader in her industry while connecting her with like-minded colleagues and referral partners.
Social media is one tool in the business development toolbox that, when paired with other marketing and public relations endeavors, increases the presence and reach of the brand.
